Jamaica Plain New Economy Transition (JP NET) arises from the concerns of committed neighbors, activists and business owners in Jamaica Plain. JP NET connects neighbors to address the ongoing challenges of a hurting economy, climate change, and rising costs of healthcare, food, and energy, as we seek to ensure all of us live well in the “new economy.”
The JP Net convenes monthly potlucks and other gatherings. What activities and topics interest you? Take the survey and tell us your interests here.
Beginning in March 2012, JP NET will begin screening a Transition-themed movie every last Thursday of the month. Click here to read more, vote for films, and submit film ideas.
